Yes, you can. You can find how at the documentation page.
Which languages are supported by the theme?
The ecommerce storefront, checkout, email communications, etc, of your store can be in any language. The storefront on this theme already includes translations to English and Spanish. For other languages you will need to take care of the translation by yourself. The administrative interface of the shop will be always in English. Check the Theme Documentation for more instructions on how actually changing the language.
Do you provide theme support in Spanish?
